Stylishly subdued lighting and modern Japanese-style wooden furnishings set the mood for a delicious evening meal in an exquisite, modern Japanese atmosphere. Set against a backdrop of vast ocean, the space provides an open feel with the right amount of privacy for lively conversation, creating an entirely new dining concept.
Guests can see our chefs in action from the large open kitchen in the center of the dining room, and it is from here that piping hot food is delivered directly to the table.

As soon as you take your seats, your group will be provided with a complimentary first drink so you can start your meal right away with a toast. Select your favorite from our extensive menu, which includes mini draft beer, seasonal cocktails, and soft drinks.
Usually, guests decide their dinner time upon check-in. Hanashibuki has created its own system. As long as it is within the designated dining hours, guests can begin their evening meal at the time of their choosing.
